Due to our industry focus, which has covered Equities from our inception, we’ve seen a rapid growth and popularity of Alternative Trading Systems, Electronic Communications Networks (ECN), Crossing Networks and Dark Pools, all of which are the result of a technology evolution, the increasing willingness of the investment community to trade without brokers and a favorable regulatory climate.

The volumes of Dark Pool trading has increased and there are more organizations entering into the Dark Pool market every day.
